This is our helpdesk system that the technology department uses to organize requests, prioritize work, and provide coverage if a member of the department is out.
You will receive automated confirmations and technician replies from this system. Since some responses are automated, email providers might classify them as junk - so be sure to check your spam folder in your email if you are looking for an update and haven't seen anything for some time.
