Science students had to design a cup that would gain the least amount of heat, using the features and concepts from the Heat Unit.

Checking i-Ready Lessons and Minutes

Each week Sapphire students are expected to pass at least one lesson and work for a minimum of 30 minutes in i-Ready for both Reading and Math. To find out how much time you've worked for the week or how many lessaons you've passed, follow these directions:

Log into i-Ready Reading or Math. Select My Path, then select My Progress. You will see the total number of minutes you have worked so far this week.

Click Completed Work. You will now see all of the lessons you've completed this year. Make sure you check the dates to see how many you passed for the week!

Halloween Throwback 2021!

Halloween is only two weeks away! The Sapphire teachers have chosen their super secret group costume for this year. (Don't ask what it is... We never tell!) Have you chosen yours?! Here are some throwback pictures from 2020 when we all went on a Sapphire Story!

Yes, this was the remote year. And yes, we all dressed up while teaching from home! The picture at the top of the page was made by combining 7 different images together. We were actually not near each other in this picture!)
