Reading i-Ready Expectations
Reading i-Ready Expectations
Our goal this year is to focus on passing one i-Ready lesson per week AND working on skills for at least 30 minutes. (Completing a lesson means you have answered all questions, but passing means you have proven your understanding and earned 70% or higher.)
It should be easy to earn a 100% score each week. Here's how:
You will be given 30 minutes each Wednesday to work on i-Ready. If you pass a lesson with a score of 70% correct or higher AND work on i-Ready for at least 30 minutes, you earn 100% for the week. If you don't finish during iReady Wednesday, you can complete the lesson after school! Your i-Ready work is due by 5:00 p.m. each Friday.
I’m happy to help you if you are stuck on a lesson! Just let me know and we’ll figure out the best time to work together to make sure you’re fully learning and building your skills.
Each week i-Ready scores will be uploaded to PlusPortals in order to allow students and family to keep track of progress.
