2024 Marching Band Camp

Marching Band Camp is a two week event in the hot summer sun each year where the students work hard to learn and perfect the show. The students and staff spend the bulk of the day outside in the heat and sun. PLEASE make sure your students are hydrated and wearing sunscreen. This means drinking a lot of water, not sodas, and protecting exposed skin. Also, we strongly recommend no dairy products for breakfast. Sending your student with a frozen towel is also a good way to help keep them cool. 

DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOU WATER AND CANNED SODA DONATIONS! 

“Meet me at the Shack!”

Shack is our biggest fundraiser and is less than a month away. Shack takes a lot of donations and help to be successful. Each family is requested to have students and adults sign up for at least two shifts during Shack. This helps us spread the workload across a larger group of people. Shack concessions are open each evening from July 26th - August 10th. Check out the weekly newsletter for more information.

All required information must be completed. By completing this online form, you are committed to the East Lincoln High School Marching Band and agree to follow all expectations stated in the Band Handbook.


All information collected below is for Band Student Records which will be securely stored in the band room. All contact information given will only be used for communication regarding student needs and/or band events.


2024-2025 Fee Breakdown:

-Fare share fees: $400

-Performance uniform top for wind and percussion players: $50 (The students will get to keep these at the end of the season.)

-Transportation/Trip fee (BOA Johnston City) Fee for all members: $175


Total cost for wind and percussion members: $625.00

Total cost for color guard members: $575.00**


*** First payment must be received to hold your spot for marching band***


The payment plan is as follows:

Payment 1 - $225 (Due by the last day of May)

Payment 2 - $200 (Due by the last day of June)

Payment 3 - $200 winds and percussion, $150 for Guard (Due by July 22nd)



Dues must be paid in full (or a plan to pay outstanding dues) must be made by the first day of Band Camp (July 29th 2024)


** Color Guard does not pay the performance top fee because their uniforms cost substantially more than $50 (normally around $200) they do not keep their uniforms at the end of the season and they are sold after the season is over.
