In the spirit of uplifting the community and showing support to all the men and women who are caring for the sick and to all families facing some tough challenges - we encourage homeowners of the Easthaven Community to display lights of any kind at night time, to remind us there is hope that will carry us through these tough times. #LightsForHope.
NOTE: Display of lights does not count against the time period allotted per CCR for holiday lights. This is completely optional and not mandatory. Just a show of how we can cheer each other on. Stay safe, and be well.

We want to call everyone's attention to the coming April 2020 inspection (first half of April), as this is when landscape is critical for all homeowners to take action. Study shows the value of our homes are directly dependent on how we take care of our front lawn. We need the entire community's cooperation to uplift the value of ALL our homes.
