At the high school, we encourage you to read a lot this summer!  Below, you can access the summer reading overview and  the Google Form you will fill out for most classes. There is also information on the 2027 Nutmeg Book Award High School Nominees, which you are welcome to choose if any of them appeal to you; voting to determine the winner will happen in April.  On this page, you can also check out the book club flyer. This year, we invite students to read K.A. Cobell's Nutmeg-nominated novel Looking for Smoke, which is also the All CT Reads Teen Pick, and participate in an optional discussion in the fall. Limited copies are available to borrow from the EHHS library--see Mrs. Tietjen if you're interested.
