Class information!

Here is some information about our class :) 

What to send to school to start the year: (Please label all items!)(These will be kept at school all year)

• An oversized T-shirt or art smock

• A change of clothes and shoes (shirt, pants, underwear, socks, and shoes)

• Our classroom can be a bit chilly, so please send in a light jacket if you think your child may be cold.

• Two 4 × 6 photos of your family (These will be displayed in our classroom!)

• Pull-ups and wipes, if necessary.

Items to send each day: (Please label all items!)

1. Backpack

2. Folder (please use the folder provided on the first day)

3. Nut-free snack (Our snack will be first thing in the morning!) (Please send a couple snacks in on early dismissal days, as lunch will not be served!)

4. Nut-free lunch if your child will NOT be buying 

5. Water bottle

*Please make sure shoes are appropriate for gross motor activities as we will go outside daily!

Items to send on Monday's (Please label all items!)

1. A nap mat (Here is an example!) *This is the easier option as it is compact and easier to carry!

2. OR a crib sheet & blanket (Here is an example!)

3. Your child may bring in 1 stuffed animal to keep here for the week if they would like to sleep with. If not, we have many stuffed animals for them to sleep with! 

• Please note nap supplies will be sent home on Friday's and need to be returned on Monday's.

• Our classroom is nut-free!!
• We do yoga every Friday!
• In our classroom we will use a class-wide reward jar for students to earn prizes and class prizes when the jar is full!
• Our classroom uses school-wide Buzz-Bucks to reward positive behavior:)
• I will send home newsletters each month!
