About Mrs. Santoleri
Hi! My name is Mrs. Brittany Santoleri and I will be your teacher this year! This is my fifth year at Samuel Mickle School and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing school community.
Teaching Background:
2009-2011 I worked for Pittsgrove Township Middle School as a 7th/8th grade Math teacher
2012-2019 I worked as a 6th grade Math/Science teacher for Veterans Memorial Middle School in Brick, NJ.
2017-2019 I worked as the Math Interventionist (as well as 6th grade teacher) pushing into classrooms and pulling students out to receive basic skills instruction in math.
2017-2019 I worked as a 6th grade Title I Math tutor who taught alternate strategies to students across 14 homerooms.
2019 - proudly teaching the students of Samuel Mickle School and enjoying my 15th year of teaching.
Personal Background:
I am from Bridgeton, NJ and went to Cumberland Regional High School
I live with husband (a school counselor) and two children
My two children's names are Frank (6 years old) and Jack (4 years old)
I have my bachelor's degree from Rowan University - Elementary Education with a dual major in Math/Science and I have my master's degree from Wilmington University - School Leadership
I love cats and have an orange cat named Oliver
I grew up playing basketball and soccer
I am left handed
I love the EAGLES and the YANKEES
My favorite color is YELLOW
