Prior to each General Meeting, each committee, event and fundraising chair is asked to submit their update. Please complete the form as requested prior to each Monthly Meeting. NOTE: You will be asked to log into your Google Account. If you do not have one, creating one is free!
The budget worksheet will guide your committee on the financial aspects of your event. When proposing your event and requesting a budget, please use this worksheet and submit it to EGHSA. The budget will need to be approved by the membership at a General Meeting or by the Executive Committee if a General Meeting is not taking place prior to your event. The facilities request form must be completed if you wish to hold an event or meeting on school property. Please submit the form to: homeandschool@eastgreenwich.k12.nj.us for review and submission to the administration office.
