IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOM THE OFFICE
We hope you are doing well. As we move through a very busy season in the main office, we kindly ask for your support in helping us protect valuable instructional time and maintain an orderly learning environment for all students.
Whenever possible, please try to schedule student pick-ups during class transition times rather than during active instructional periods. Picking students up in between classes helps us avoid interrupting lessons, prevents us from having to search for students during lunch waves, and allows teachers to plan for a smooth transition.
Providing advance notice also allows us the autonomy to coordinate from the office and your child can exit without you having to come in the building. This also gives teachers appropriate time to release students. When students know they are being picked up, they can often come to the office independently, which minimizes disruptions for everyone. This procedure aligns with our cell phone policy, helping
We absolutely understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations occur, and we will always support you when they do. However, your help in planning ahead whenever feasible greatly improves the experience for students, teachers, and our already high-traffic, busy office.
Thank you for working with us to respect the learning environment and maintain a smooth school day for all.
