Step 6: organizing units

During this phase, you will only be organizing standards to group as units.  You will not actually be building the units at this time.  Once you determine the type of unit that is best for your content, select the standards that will fit together, there is no right or wrong answer with this.  

Once you determine your type of unit:

• Select the standards that will fit (Units will include both priority standards and supporting standards.).

• There is no right or wrong answer.

• The actual units will be developed at a later date after learning plans are created.
