In the past, collecting donations and ordering from a restaurant has been an easy way to fill the gaps in the sign-up.
The Staff Appreciation Committee will purchase the remaining snacks that are needed and cater the lunch with whatever amount comes in, on your behalf.

Welcome back to school! The past 2 years, we have been able to earn over $1,000 for our school through Box Tops.
Our 25/26 school YTD total is $784.40! Keep scanning those receipts, or sending them in with your student for a volunteer to scan for school credit!
Don't forget to join the January challenge in the Box Tops app before you scan your receipt. You will earn us an extra bonus when you buy your personalized number of items (based on previous scanning history) over the course of the month!
Remember, bonuses are stackable, and they all add up! Here are some of the bonuses for this month (there are more listed in the app):
🛒 Earn $5.50 at ACME when you buy any 5 Box Tops items in a single transaction (through 1/31) can be repeated 5x per receipt!
🎯 Earn $4.00 at Target when you buy any 4 Box Tops items in a single transaction (through 1/31) can be repeated 5x per receipt!
🌮 Old El Paso: Earn $0.50 extra when you buy any 2 Old El Paso products (note: 2 seasoning packets count as 1 Box Tops item) in a single transaction (through 1/31) can be repeated 5x per receipt!

ECES Fundraiser Programs
✏️ Important Note from the PTO:
This year, we are focusing primarily on community building. With that said, we are still participating in a handful of fundraising programs, most of which are “giving without spending” programs, to benefit the school and our children. The funds raised will be used to gift all students and staff a 2025/2026 Spiritual Theme T-shirt, fulfill items on our teachers' wish-lists, and offset community event costs.
The PTO greatly appreciates and thanks each of you who are able to participate and make any contribution!

Twice a year, our school receives a check to help pay for whatever we need - equipment, supplies or experiences the kids love!
💸 To save free cash from being thrown out with the trash, please send in your receipts with your students in their backpack, and a volunteer will happily scan them for school credit!
There will be a zipper pouch outside of each classroom for your child to place receipts in, and a volunteer will collect them at the end of the week and scan them in, so you don’t have to!

Fun(d) Run!
Fun(d) Run!
The annual Eagles Fun(d) Run is the PTO’s main fundraiser of the year, where students can ask family and friends to pledge a dollar amount per lap that they complete during the event. The event is held during school hours and family members are invited to volunteer to run the event, and cheer on the kids. If you haven’t been part of this day in the past, you will want to save the date and come!
This event will be held Thursday, May 7th, 2026.
