Shafayat Khan Shihab is a Lecturer at the School of Business Administration, East Delta University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from BRAC University, a Master’s in International Relations from Jahangirnagar University, Master of Marketing & Master of Media and Communication from Macquarie University (Australia).  

Before joining his current role, Shihab served as a Lecturer at Daffodil International University, where he taught courses in both the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Software Engineering.  

During his academic journey in Australia and Bangladesh, Shafayat was highly involved in extracurricular and leadership-oriented activities at both Macquarie University and BRAC University.  At Macquarie University, he served as a Peer Mentor for first-year university students, completed multi-award-winning co-curricular program ‘Global Leadership Program (GLP)’, participated in the MQ Incubator Student START Program and the Incubator – Design Thinking Program, an intensive week-long program designed to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. At BRAC University, he served as the President of BRAC University Business Club (BIZ BEE).  In 2019, Shafayat participated in the Global Entrepreneurship Boot camp in Bangkok, Thailand.
