Sanjida Alam is a dedicated finance professional and researcher with a strong academic foundation and a passion for financial analysis and sustainability. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Chittagong, where she secured 2nd position in both programs. She previously served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Islamia University College, where she taught undergraduate finance courses and mentored students in academic and professional development.

In addition, Sanjida gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant, contributing to studies on market dynamics. During her academic journey, Sanjida conducted extensive research onstock market performance, FinTech innovation, and sustainability practices in Bangladesh’s financial sector.

Her research work includes projects on value vs. growth stock performance, FinTech and financial performance, and the sustainability landscape of Bangladesh’s banking industry. With her strong academic foundation, research expertise, and growing professional experience, Sanjida Alam aims to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of sustainable financial practices and education in Bangladesh.

Her research interests lie in the areas of financial technology (FinTech), sustainable finance, investment performance, and the evolving sustainability landscape of Bangladesh’s banking industry.
