Rafifa Islam is a Lecturer in the School of Business Administration at East Delta University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Asian University for Women, majoring in Computer Science – Information and Communication Technology and minoring in Economics.

Prior to joining the faculty, she served as an Access Academy Instructor at East Delta University for approximately two years. She subsequently pursued an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Asian Institute of Technology.

Her research interests span three primary areas: data mining, natural language processing, and human–computer interaction. She is particularly interested in leveraging data-driven and AI-based approaches to address real-world challenges and support informed decision-making across diverse domains.
