Ms. Mithila Afrin joined the Department of English at East Delta University as a Lecturer in 2018. Prior to joining East Delta University, she has served in Cox’s Bazar International University as a lecturer in 2017. Before starting tertiary level teaching, she had worked as an interpreter in Brandix Limited, a Sri Lankan company in Comilla EPZ and also had gathered experience as IELTS instructor in several training centers.

Her graduation and post-graduation are accomplished in English Language and Literature from Comilla University. Her contribution in EDU Debating Society for several years as an advisor is noteworthy when it had its first national event and national television awards.
