Ismail Alam is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business Administration at East Delta University (EDU), Bangladesh. Before his current role, he served as a Lecturer in the same department.

He completed his Bachelor's in Finance and Marketing from North South University, Bangladesh. Following that, he pursued his Master of Science (MSc) in International Strategic Marketing from the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. 

Additionally, Mr. Alam has completed a Professional Skills Development (PSP) Executive program from ILM (The Institute of Leadership & Management) in London, further enhancing his qualifications and skills in leadership and management.

Mr. Alam's research interests are focused on sustainable consumer behavior and the attitudes of consumers in adopting technology, particularly in the context of marketing.
