Farjana Alam Tofa joined East Delta University in September 2025 as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering under the School of Science, Engineering and Technology. She completed her B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Chattogram, Bangladesh. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in the same field at CUET.

Her research interests include Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with particular emphasis on Semantic Similarity, Multilingual Language Processing, Multimodal Learning and Explainable AI (XAI).
