Boys' Youth Basketball

Congratulations!

Congrats to our Tourney Champs from 12/16 and our Regular Season Champions.

• 3rd - 4th Grade: the North Carolina Tarheels (Coached by Danny Combs) defeated the Duke Blue Devils (Coached by Ryan Jacobs) in the tourney championship. The Blue Devils were the regular season champs!
• 5th - 6th Grade: the Indiana Hoosiers (Coached by Elijah McKim) defeated the Butler Bulldogs (Coached by Jeff Aupperle) in the tourney championship. The Hoosiers were also the regular season champs!

Please Join us for Youth Nights and/or as a "Water Boy"

Please plan on coming to one or several of the Varsity home games to celebrate a great youth season and cheer on our Panthers! All youth players will be admitted free to any of the home games below when they are wearing their youth basketball jersey and are accompanied by an adult. Players will be announced at halftime and even get to scrimmage on some of these special nights - see details below.

• January 12th vs. Oak Hill - JV begins at 6:15pm, Varsity approximately 7:45pm

(All 3rd-4th Rec. League Players scrimmage at Varsity Halftime)

• February 6th vs. Northfield - JV begins at 6:00pm, Varsity approximately 7:30pm

(All 5th-6th Rec. League Players scrimmage at Varsity Halftime)

• February 9th vs. Wes-Del - JV begins at 6:00pm, Varsity approximately 7:30pm

(All 4th-6th “Travel” League Players scrimmage at Varsity Halftime)

• February 23rd vs. South Adams - JV begins at 6:00pm, Varsity approximately 7:30pm

(All K-2 Youth, 3rd-6th Rec, & 4th-6th Travel players recognized at Varsity halftime)

We need Water Boys!!!

All youth players are welcome to sign up to serve as an official “Water Boy” for any of the Varsity games below. Water Boys get free admission to the game, courtside seating, PA recognition at halftime, and the opportunity to keep our officials hydrated during timeouts of the game. Please email me if your son is interested and I will try my best to get him on the schedule. Available games at this point are: 1/12, 1/19, 1/23, 2/1, 2/6, 2/9, and 2/23 and assignments will be filled in order of when requests are received.
