This is an example of a project created by a network of tribes in Arizona to provide contact information for state agency consultation. The full project is available here. It operates by clicking on a region within Arizona and providing a list of tribes which must be consulted before a federal or state agency can initiate a project which will result in an environmental impact. The My Maps platform used for the consultation map can be viewed on a mobile device in the field. The project uses off-the-shelf tools for ease of maintenance, and consists of links to pages on a Google Site that have embedded Google Docs which are individually controlled by each tribe. This is an example of a collaborative project by a group of tribes with shared governance.
