The Middle School Teaching & Leadership Conference: EARCOS 2027 is a gathering designed for educators and school leaders who are shaping the future of middle-level education. Over the course of this conference, we'll come together to share ideas, explore new strategies, and connect with fellow professionals who are passionate about supporting young learners during one of the most formative stages of their education. Our theme this year is The Middle School Mindset: Building a Culture Where Everyone Thrives.

Registration is open to all EARCOS member schools. Spaces are limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.

We invite you to submit a session proposal to spark dialogue on the different challenges and opportunities facing middle grades schools today as it relates to schools and students in Asia. This is your chance to contribute to conversations shaping middle school student guidance in the region.
