Q. How do I register?
Registration is completed online through the conference website. Member schools register through designated school representatives. (Administrative Assistant, Head of School Secretary)

A. Yes, but space is limited and fees are higher than member rates.

Q. Do I need to register separately for the main conference and the pre-conference sessions?
A. Yes, both are managed separately, and participants should ensure they are registered for both if they wish to attend pre-conference sessions.
Q. Can I change my pre-conference session after registering?
A. Yes, changes can be made up to one week prior to the event. After this deadline, changes will no longer be accepted, and participants will be expected to attend the session they originally registered for. To request a change, please contact us at info@earcos.org.
Q. Are there food options available during the conference lunch and evening reception, such as fasting, vegetarian, or gluten-free meals?
A. Yes, meal options are available during the conference lunch and evening reception:
Vegetarian: A dedicated vegetarian food station will be available.
Gluten-Free: Gluten-free options will also be provided at a designated station.
Q. Can I bring my partner or spouse?
A. Yes, partners or spouses are welcome to join conference social events, such as the welcome and closing receptions. Please note that they must be registered in advance, and applicable guest fees may apply. Access to conference sessions is limited to registered delegates only.
Q. Is there a partner hotel for the conference?
A. Yes, the conference has a designated partner hotel, the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. Attendees can enjoy rates and convenient access to all conference events. Booking details will be provided once payment is received.
Q. What are the registration fees and deadlines for the Leadership Conference?

Regular Fee: USD $655 (registrations received by September 30, 2026)
Late Fee: USD $775 (registrations received after September 30, 2026)
Partner/Spouse (Non-Delegate): USD $315 (evening receptions only)
Non-Member: USD $930
Please note that registration may close earlier without prior notice once capacity is reached.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. Credit card is the recommended method of Payment. International payments via wire transfer are also accepted. However, a $30USD bank fee will automatically be added for banks located outside of the U.S.A.
Q. When is my registration confirmed?
A. Registrations are only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
Q. Can I transfer my registration to another person?
A. Yes
Transfers made on or before September 30 are free of charge.
Transfers made after September 30 will incur an $85 USD transfer fee, plus any applicable difference in registration fees.
Q. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Q. How much does an exhibitor booth cost?
A. The cost for an exhibitor table or equivalent space is currently USD $420 per booth. This provides exhibitors with a designated space to showcase their products and services and engage with conference delegates.

A. The size for one exhibitor table or space w/o a table is approximately 2’ x 6’.
