Practice is mandatory. Please make sure that you do not schedule doctors/orthodontists/etc. appointments during practice time.
Running & relay practices will happen during the athletics period unless otherwise specified by your event coach
Athletes need to come to practice ready to go! Dressing out in athletics clothes are part of the expectations. Players should bring anything they’ll need with them (water bottles, inhalers, etc.)
