About Me

Thank you for visiting my class website.  I have 25 years of teaching and coaching experience.  I have taught many different grade levels and subjects in my career (including U.S. History, Texas History, World History, World Geography, Government, and Economics).  I have a History degree from Texas Tech University (Wreck Em).  I taught at West Ridge Middle School for five years before working at Westlake HS.  This is my 8th year in the district.  I have also taught at Dripping Springs High School and at Pflugerville Hendrickson High School.

I'm a fifth generation Texan from Colleyville (between Dallas & Ft. Worth).  I have lived in the Austin area for the past 19 years and love being here.  Also, my wife and I have four children.
