About Me

This is my third year at Westlake, and my tenth year teaching overall (time flies!). Fun fact, in the last twelve years, I have taught at schools in three states, I have taught at private, public and charter, as well as years of being a teaching assistant at the college level. I am obsessed with teaching physics and engineering; I do it all day here at Westlake, and drive over to UT and teach more at night. Being a teacher is the greatest part of my life, and truly fulfills me as a human being.

I am also obsessed with football, will be at every home game on Friday nights, every UT home game on Saturdays, and in front of a large TV all Sunday. I have played years of flag football, and am overly competitive about everything from sports to trivia.

I am lastly obsessed with my puppy Posey. She is a miniature golden doodle and is the love of my life. You will find us hiking the green belt, or at lady bird lake where she loves to jump off the dock and swim.
