About Me

I am originally from north Texas, but I love calling Austin home. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. and M.A. in Literature. This will be my 20th year teaching and my 7th year at Westlake.  When I'm not at school, I love catching a movie at Alamo Drafthouse, eating fajitas at Habanero Cafe, and hanging with my cat, Seymour.
