This is my fourth year teaching math full-time at Westlake High School, following four years as a dedicated substitute teacher where I taught a range of subjects including Precalculus, Computer Science, and MAPS. Prior to entering education, I spent over two decades in industry as a management consultant and finance expert, working with global firms such as Booz Allen & Hamilton, Hewlett Packard, AT Kearney, and Lehman Brothers.
I grew up in Los Angeles and have been fortunate to live and work in some of the most dynamic cities in the world—Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, London, and now Austin. My journey has shaped a global perspective that I bring into the classroom, along with a deep appreciation for real-world problem solving.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
In the classroom, I bring a real-world, practical approach to Precalculus, helping students connect mathematical concepts to everyday applications and future career paths.
I’ve called Eanes home for over 15 years and feel grateful to have raised my family in this community. My husband, Peter, and I have been married for 25 years. We have two sons who are proud Westlake graduates: Ian (Class of '22), now a senior at Indiana University Bloomington, and Jackson (Class of '25), currently a freshman at Bates College in Maine.
