About Me

My name is Kellye Baum and I am a Special Education teacher at Westlake High School. I have previously been employed as a Special Education teacher at Argyle High School, 1st grade teacher in Denton ISD, Keller ISD and Ursuline Academy in New Orleans, 3rd grade teacher in Denton ISD, and a 5th grade teacher in HEB ISD. I am excited to start my 18th year in Education! I am a collaborative Science teacher and I love spending my days with students!

My husband and I just celebrated our 27th anniversary! We have a daughter at UCLA and our son attends medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (my alma mater). We love spending time together on vacations and in the great outdoors! We love living in Austin with so much to do!

We have a 9 year old pet pig named Pearl who keeps us entertained!
