About Us

Caleb focuses on promoting innovative instructional practices, fostering open and vulnerable classroom environments, media literacy, authentic learning experiences, and thoughtful and engaging classroom discussions. Having been in the classroom for 13 years, he thrives on taking a look at existing curriculum, brushing it off, and retooling it for learners in the 21st century.

Nadine has been in education for over 30 years in 3 different states (IL, CA, TX). As a math teacher, she has embraced student engagement with technology and collaborative learning. She is excited to work with teachers in Mathematics and World Languages through coaching and supporting instruction and students learning. Go Chaps!

Ryan is joining Westlake HS and Eanes after spending the last 8 years in Austin ISD, where he spent 5 years as a middle school history teacher, 2 years as technology coach working with k-12 teachers in 12 different schools, and most recently as a middle school humanities coach working with 10 different middle schools. His interests include blended learning models, playlists, and digital citizenship. He is excited to continue instructional coaching work by partnering with teachers to accomplish their goals.
