I grew up in Buda and Austin, attending St. Stephen’s Episcopal School for middle and high school and then graduating from Southwestern University in Georgetown with a double major in Anthropology and Spanish.  While in college, I studied abroad in Granada, Spain and fell in love with the Spanish language, culture and flamenco!  

I received my Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 and for the next 15 years, I have served many school communities in the Austin area as a school social worker, including Valley View Elementary from 2012-2017.  It is an honor to be back at Valley View serving alongside amazing educators and connecting with all the incredible students and families who call this community home.
