About Me

I am married to a wonderfully creative man named Ryan, whom I met during college. Together, we have a beautiful daughter named Melody, a spirited Cocker Spaniel named Kirby, and an orange Tabby cat named Zephyr. Since moving to Austin in 2016, we've embraced the city's vibrant life and can't imagine being anywhere else.

I earned my BA in Art, Psychology, and Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. My career in education began in 2010 at a high-performing college preparatory school in Arlington, TX. In 2016, I was fortunate to join the Eanes-Westlake ISD community, proudly becoming a Wildcat.

I believe that every student should be empowered to advocate for themselves. As a co-teacher, I am dedicated to fostering self-confidence, developing excellent study habits, and nurturing a lifelong love of learning. Keep wondering, and go Wildcats!
