About Me

Hello! I’m so excited to join the fourth-grade team at Forest Trail this year! This will be my 12th year teaching, and I've worked in third, fourth, and fifth grades. 

My journey in education began when I moved from San Antonio to Austin to attend the University of Texas, where I completed my Bachelors degree in education and Masters degree in language and literacy. I spent my first 11 years in Austin ISD, and I'm so thrilled to be a part of the amazing community here at Forest Trail!

When I’m not at school you’ll find me chasing around my five year old, trying new restaurants, reading, or planning my next trip!
