About Me

Howdy Wildcats! 

My name is Ms. Strittmatter, and I love being a part of the WRMS Wildcat family!  

This will be my 14th year teaching middle school, and I can't wait to go on this school year journey with you! 

A few things about me: I LOVE reading everything I can get my hands on (although I thought reading was torture until I was in 7th grade).  Writing and revising are my JAM, and I'm currently working on writing a YA novel.  I am a mom (my toddler Rowan is in daycare at Barton Creek!), and I have a Chihuahua-mutt named Indiana Jones. Finally, I am happiest when I'm with my students in my classroom--challenging them, listening to them, having fun, and watching them grow.
