Welcome! This is my second year teaching and my second year here at Forest Trail Elementary, and I’m so excited for another amazing year with our Falcon community!

I was born and raised in Orange County, California, alongside my older brother, and I still love visiting my family, friends, and dogs whenever I can. I moved to Fort Worth, Texas, to attend Texas Christian University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education in May 2024. I continued my education immediately afterward and completed my Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction in May 2025.

Throughout my time at TCU, I had the opportunity to work in a variety of educational roles, including serving as a teaching assistant in the College of Education, volunteering as a reading tutor with Reading Partners North Texas, and working as both an aftercare teacher and a nanny. I also completed student teaching across multiple grade levels in Fort Worth ISD and Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD.

After several visits to Austin, I fell in love with the city and decided to make it my new home. I've now lived in Austin for over a year, and I've loved exploring everything it has to offer. You'll often find me walking around Lady Bird Lake, visiting the Mueller Farmers Market, trying to improve my wakesurfing skills, or checking out new coffee shops and restaurants. In my free time, I also love traveling (especially to visit my sorority sisters!), cheering on the TCU Horned Frogs, going to concerts, and reading a good book.

Thank you for trusting me with your child this year. I am committed to creating a safe, positive, and engaging classroom where every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. I look forward to partnering with you to make this a successful and memorable school year. Go Falcons!
