“Take chances, make mistakes, and get messy!”
Welcome!
I am deeply passionate about teaching and committed to creating an educational environment that nurtures responsible, well-rounded, and confident learners. I take great pride in working hard to implement meaningful instructional programs that empower every student to reach their full potential.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping young learners succeed—regardless of their unique learning styles and abilities. I strive to deliver creative, engaging, and student-centered lessons that not only motivate but also actively involve all students in their learning journey.
I firmly believe that every child holds extraordinary potential. One of my greatest goals as an educator is to help students believe in themselves and understand the value of hard work and perseverance. I advocate strongly for my students, and in turn, they develop a deep sense of trust, belonging, and respect within our classroom community.
In our classroom, I model dependability, responsibility, and determination. I’m dedicated to building an inclusive, safe, creative, and inspiring learning space where every child feels valued. I view our classroom as a small learning community—one where students grow into motivated, responsible citizens.
I take pride in the academic growth of each individual student. Learning should be an active, engaging process, and I strive to challenge my students to become enthusiastic and reflective learners. By getting to know each child personally, I’m able to design daily instruction that is tailored to their individual needs and growth goals.
One of my key strengths is differentiated instruction. I strongly believe in repeated exposure to content and in providing multiple opportunities for students to learn through a variety of modalities. I use targeted instruction and data-driven planning to guide my teaching and ensure each student receives the support they need.
Previously, I served as an Intervention Coordinator, where I developed and led a highly effective RTI instructional program. I worked closely with both students and teachers to enhance reading instruction and help students make significant academic gains.
I’m looking forward to an exciting and successful year with your children!
