About Me

I grew up just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and went on to attend Graceland University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language Arts and Secondary Education in 2011 while also playing collegiate soccer. After graduating, I relocated to the Fort Worth area, where I began my teaching career. This year marks my 15th year in education and my 6th year at Westlake. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year ahead and to exploring great literature together. Outside the classroom, my husband and I enjoy traveling, and spending time with friends.
