My name is Ms. Rubio and I am thrilled to be returning to Cedar Creek Elementary for my fourth school year!
I am a proud graduate of California State University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Art History. After college, I continued my education in New York City where I earned a Master's degree in Elementary Education from the City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
During my past 10 years in education, I have worked in various roles and settings. Some of my experiences include Montessori method teaching, Early Childhood Education, virtual learning, and serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional. In addition to my role on campus, I provide individualized literacy intervention for students with dyslexia, and homebound instruction for K-12 students in need throughout the Eanes ISD community. This year I’m excited to continue working in Special Education, rejoining the 1st grade team!
Looking forward to a great year!
