Math 8 Mod

Course Overview

Math 8 is a course designed for students to understand content guided by the Grade 8 Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. The primary focal areas of this math course are proportionality; expressions, multi-step equations, relationships, and foundations of functions; and measurement and data. TI - 84 Graphing calculators will be introduced and used during the year. 

Emphasis on increasing students understanding of the math process and knowledge of basic math calculation, math fluency and math problem solving.

♦  Pencils, erasers, colored pencils

♦ Notebook paper

♦  Calculator (Recommended T1-84) 

♦  Charged IPAD
