About Me

Hola! I'm Jackie LeGrande and I am so excited to teach 7th grade Spanish this year. I love this beautiful language and I can't wait to get my students learning and speaking it. 

I was born in Havana, Cuba, and I've lived in New York and Miami. I'm married and have two sons. When I'm not at West Ridge, you can find me on a hike with my husband and our dogs, Sadie Bird & Tiny Louise. I enjoy reading, traveling and experiencing different cultures. I feel lucky and honored to be a teacher in this amazing community.
