About Me

Hi, I’m Mrs. Hashaway, and I’m excited to be teaching 8th grade math and social studies this year! I’ve been an educator for over a decade, with experience teaching in Brooklyn, NY, and now here in Eanes ISD. I’m passionate about helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and find joy in learning—especially when it comes to making tricky concepts click. Outside of school, you can usually find me hiking to beautiful waterfalls, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a reality TV binge. I believe that every student has the potential to grow in amazing ways, and I’m here to support, encourage, and cheer you on every step of the way
