Is there a limit to the number of competitions in which I can compete?

Yes. You may compete in one event on Wednesday. On Saturday, you may participate in multiple events, but their times cannot overlap or be scheduled within an hour of each other.

Will transportation be provided?

On Wednesday, the school bus will take you there and back. On Saturday, a bus is available to take you to the competition, but there will be no returning bus. You must provide your own transportation home.  Stay tuned for bus time departure.

You may also get your own ride to the competition. 

Do I need to bring money?

Yes, for the Saturday events only, there will be opportunities to purchase food and drink.

Do I need to bring my lunch or school work?

Yes, for the Wednesday events, bring a lunch and work. There will not be an opportunity to purchase food and you might have some downtime to get work or studies completed. 

Is there a fee for competing in the UIL Academic competitions?

Yes, there will be a $25.00 club fee added to students' Skyward accounts. This fee covers the cost of the UIL t-shirt, celebration, and transportation.
