Mr. Josh Harlan

My name is Josh Harlan and I am one of the special education teachers at the beautiful Hill Country Middle school. The 23-24 school will be my 8th year of teaching special education and my first with the district. I am originally from the Beaumont, TX area. I moved to San Marcos in 2009 to attend Texas State University and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's in Journalism. After moving back to southeast Texas, I completed the coursework for my educator certificate and started my first year of teaching in 2015. In 2020 I moved back to Austin and worked for a couple different charter schools until I made my way to Hill Country Middle School. I am thrilled to be here and so excited to meet students, parents, my fellow educators, and everyone in the Eanes ISD community.
