About Me

Hi, my name is Kristina Bishop. I am excited to make music with our Forest Trail Falcons! I began my teaching career in Eanes ISD, and I have since taught music at The University of Texas at Austin, St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, and Austin ISD. I graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a BA and earned a Master’s in Music and Human Learning from UT Austin with a specialization in Orff Schulwerk. I hold three levels of Orff Schulwerk certification from UNLV as well as an Orff Master Class Certificate from The University of Memphis. I enjoy playing piano, flute, singing and striking away on any instruments my children and I can find at home!

I look forward to continuing to build relationships with our fabulous Falcons as we sing, move and play many instruments. We will have a fun year creating music and movement together! Click here for music class information!
