This website has moved to the Eanes ISD Curriculum Connect website.
Online safety is important to us and is a priority for Eanes ISD. With the recent increase of scam and phishing emails, we are encouraging all staff to activate two-factor authentication on their individual Eanes ISD account. Two-factor authentication alerts the user if anyone attempts to login to systems using their specific username and password and limits the severity of the security breach on systems and applications you may routinely access.
The district maintains a single sign on (SSO) environment, making it easier for users to access systems and applications such as email, calendar, contacts, etc. When a user’s account has been compromised, this exact functionality could provide opportunity for malicious intent therefore we request your participation in enabling two factor authentication.
Follow the instructions on the right to enabling two factor authentication. If you have questions or need assistance completing the steps contact Technology Services at ext. 20777.

In aligning with a safe digital environment, the district implemented a Green iPad at the elementary level. The Green iPad configuration contains instructionally focused apps, evaluated by teachers to ensure alignment with curricular objectives. Each mobile app is also evaluated for alignment with the district’s guidelines for student data, privacy and security.
Additionally, the district implemented a double web-filter process that allows categorized websites that have been vetted and approved for academic purposes. The district continues to evaluate digital resources to support, including websites and mobile apps, academic applications, student privacy and instructional best practices.
One of the challenges of being new to a district is knowing what resources you have and where to find them. We want to help you feel confident in locating the resources you need and the people who can support you. Please watch the following video for an overview of the resources you have access to.

Eanes ISD utilizes Google Suite for Education, Apple iWork, and Microsoft Office to best meet the needs of our teachers and students. You can log into the Google apps with your Eanes email and password and the iWork apps should be auto-installed on the iPad and MacBook. Watch the video on the right to learn how to install Microsoft Office.
Eanes ISD uses Ricoh printers and the Follow You Printing workflow for printing documents. This means when you select Eanes_Ricoh_Printer as your printer, you can walk up to any Ricoh printer in the district and scan your badge to release the print job. Review the two PDF documents to get started.
Remind is the only district approved private mobile messaging platform that aims to help teachers, parents, students, and administrators in K–12 schools to communicate safely. Phone numbers aren’t exchanged between teachers, students, and parents and you can access the service on your phone or on the web. Login with your Eanes ISD Google account to create classes and groups in Remind.
