Setting up your email signature is very important and should be done prior to the school year starting.
For instructions and the signature template for your campus, go to our EISD District Branding webpage. Scroll down and select your campus under the School Branding section. Open the link for Email Signature for Gmail.
You must be signed in with your EISD account to access the district branding documents. If you need any assistance, please contact your campus Educational Partner.

Google Calendar is your go-to space for organizing your time. You can quickly schedule meetings and events, and get reminders about upcoming activities, so you always know what's next. In Eanes, meetings and events are planned through calendar invites.
You can also subscribe to your campus master and testing calendars (instructions on Slide 3).

All EISD staff should have a webpage for students and parents to view. It will be linked in your school directory and on your email signature. Your webpage template will be shared with you by your campus Educational Partner. Once you receive that, please review the website expectations below- keeping in mind that all EISD websites should look uniform so they are easy to navigate.
When you are ready to add your website to the campus directory, please fill out this form.
