Welcome to Life Skills!

Hi there! I'm Ms. Drew Young, the Life Skills teacher here at Eanes Elementary. My classroom is a place full of love, laughter, music, movement, and meaningful learning. I believe every child has something incredible to share with the world, and it's my joy to help them shine in their own unique way. 

In our classroom, we celebrate progress over perfection, dance breaks are always encouraged, and no milestone is ever too small to cheer for. I'm passionate about building a space where students feel safe, seen, supported, and proud of who they are. 

When I'm not in the classroom, you can usually find me spending time with my dog Grizzly, practicing yoga, or finding new ways to stay active. I also love animals, sunshine, and a good iced coffee. I'm so excited for a year full of growth, connection, and joy!
