I can't wait for a fun and exciting new year at BCE! This will be my eleventh year of teaching and my ninth year in Eanes ISD. I spent eight amazing years at VVE, where I taught 4th grade, 5th grade, and served as the GT Specialist. I'm thrilled to be joining the BCE team and to be partnering with Mrs. Larimer in GT this year. 

Before teaching in Eanes ISD, I taught 4th grade in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm a native Texan and a UT graduate (go Longhorns!), so I'm overjoyed that I landed back in Austin! 

When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading, going to the movies, playing trivia and word games, and traveling.  I also spend a lot of time on walks and at the park with my dog, Ruby. 

I'm looking forward to an awesome year of learning, creating, and exploring in GT!
