Keeping the lines of communication open is a critical element in the success of your child's education. Please feel free to contact me at any time via phone or email. If you would like to schedule a time to meet in person, I will be more than happy to do so.
Hi there! I’m Ashley Conti and I'm thrilled to be starting my 7th year at BPE, and my 10th year as an educator. Over the past decade, I've had the joy of working in special education in both collaborative and modified settings, as well as spending the last 8 years providing dyslexia instruction.
Teaching literacy skills in small groups is my passion! I strive everyday to create a classroom where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to learn in their own way. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the core of everything I do, and I love helping students grow their confidence as learners.
I grew up in Bastrop, Texas, with a big family of six! I was homeschooled from 3rd through 12th grade, and moved to Austin, Texas in 2007, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development in 2014 at the University of Texas—Hook ’em!
When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me gardening, collecting plants, exploring the outdoors, checking out local museums, attending sports games and concerts, or discovering new favorite places to eat. I share my home with my partner, David, and our two lovable cats, Meeko and Rajah.
I’m so excited for another amazing year of learning and community at BPE!
