About Me

Hello! I am Mr. Beckman and I am so excited to be a part of HCMS this year. This will be my second year here at HCMS, and love it here! Before being at Hill Country I attended college at the University of Illinois-Chicago where I had the opportunity to play baseball as well. After college, I moved to Des Moines and got my first teaching job at a school in Des Moines being a collaborative teacher. 

In my free time I love doing anything outside like hiking and fishing, watching sports. as well as exploring all the fun places Austin has to offer. Let's have a great year!
