I’m so excited to be your child’s 3rd grade teacher this year! This is my fourth year as a teacher. Before this, I worked as a Teacher Assistant and Substitute in the district for over two years while I was earning my teaching certificate. I also spent three years teaching preschool right here in Austin.

I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela, but I’ve been proud to call Austin home since I moved here with my husband in 2016. Growing up, I loved helping out at the preschool where my mom was the director. I also spent several years working as a camp counselor, which gave me the chance to connect with lots of amazing kids. Over the years, I’ve realized that helping children grow and learn is something I truly care about.

In my free time, I enjoy trying new restaurants and spending time outside with my husband, our son and daughter, and our two dogs, Filippo and Riley.
